DEDEMAN
Dedeman, a company with 100% Romanian capital, was founded in 1992. Its main area of activity is the retail sale of DIY products and materials. It is leader in Romania for the distribution of building materials and interior design, with 54 stores at the end of 2020. Its headquarters and main logistics center are in Bacau, in Moldavia, in northeastern Romania.
The ranges developed for each product category are very broad and complemented by numerous ancillary services that meet customer demand for material design and interior decoration. In total, Dedeman stores offer more than 45,000 products: building materials, tiles, heating and air conditioning, sanitary ware, electrical goods, furniture, interior design, household appliances, tools, and gardening.
Customers can also benefit from a wide range of additional services, including home delivery, free technical advice, financing solutions, tool rental, customer support services for electrical appliances, water pumps and pumps, paint mixing, special orders, delivery of heavy materials, merchandise return services, kitchen and bathroom design (virtual customization of the space to be decorated to get a better idea of the final result).
