BRICOFER
BRICOFER is an Italian DIY store chain, leader in Italy and present throughout the peninsula, particularly in medium-sized towns. The BRICOFER group's adventure began in 1979 with the opening of a simple hardware store in the center of Rome by Mr. Aldo Pulcinelli. Since then, it has expanded rapidly and now has 123 integrated or franchised stores in Italy and more than 700 employees.
Most stores offer self-service sales, but some have retained traditional counter sales. This dual system allows them to offer a very high level of service to consumers.
BRICOFER offers a wide range of products, with 25,000 items listed in the DIY, gardening, decoration, and interior design sectors. BRICOFER works with more than 400 suppliers. The DIY retail market in Italy is growing rapidly and Bricofer, thanks to its franchise system and the size of its stores, is positioning itself as a leader in this growth.
